French vintage hot and cold faucet taps that are heavy, quality pieces being sold as a restoration piece or project.

As you can see from the photos they have lots of age-related wear such as the chrome/silver finish has worn in many places (see photos) and there's also vert-de-gris in places. It's possible they will need new washers, etc.
