Dispatch
We pack and ship each order ourselves, by hand. Most orders leave us within 3 working days of purchase. Every parcel is sent via tracked delivery, so you'll be able to follow its journey from France to your door.
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your parcel.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We are not able to mark parcels as 'gift' or under-declare their value on customs forms.
